"While I was looking for a very nice experience this just wasn't. \nThe fly fan above the outside bar is aimed low so that it blows directly in your face and you can't comfortably sit at the outside bar. I had to move inside as did 3 other parties who arrived while I was there. Another party was smart enough to leave and go elsewhere. Who wants to sit inside on a nice cool Fall day in Phoenix?\n\nI ordered a cup of pumpkin $4 soup, $12 fingerling potatoes as an app, a nice glass of $11 wine and $18 Shrimp Risotto as my entr\u00E9e. \nSoup arrives in about 5 minutes and 30 seconds later fingerlings arrive. What's the rush. \n2 minutes later here comes my $18 Risotto- I haven't even tasted my soup yet. What's the rush??? What recipe are they using!?!? Risotto takes at minimum 18-20 minutes to prepare. \nThe soup was fine. The potatoes were fine. \n\nThe Risotto was horrible. A little bit of Crunchy rice in a wet gooey sauce that reminded me of canned spaghettios with parsley and cilantro thrown on top for a \"salad\". No Parmesan, The shrimp was obviously thrown into the pan to heat it up - unseasoned a few seconds before they threw it on the plate. \n\nDessert- Sticky Toffee Pudding- took 25 minutes to arrive after ordering. I thought well ok... they're baking a fresh batch. No no no. It was cold, dry (stale). They didn't event bother to warm up the sauce! The ice cream was good. \n\nLastly the menu clearly states Happy Hour is 3-6PM EVERY DAY \"FOOD $3 OFF\". My check was only discounted for the fingerlings and the glass of wine when it should have been every item I'd ordered."^^ .
