"0"^^ . . "Some of the staff is rude and overly pushy to the point that it's inappropriate. Some certain people think its my obligation to hand over my money every single time I go in there which I understand it's your job to sell... but to act annoyed is a bit rude and makes me feel uncomfortable to be honest. Most of the staff here are fine, more than fine, very nice, remember your name and sweet. That's not the only thing though I decided to cancel my membership for money purposes which I feel I need to not explain to anyone even when Aimee is being pushy and tries to tell me with an attitude that \"That's not the best bang for my buck and to just put the account on hold.\" It's all about tone and attitude. It makes me not want to buy anything when she acts like that. When she did explain it though with an attitude might I add I did think about it still because that did seem like the best option put it on hold and then come back but then I decided on no because she said \"So like your never going to go tanning again\" in a clearly annoyed voice and in my head I thought not here that's for sure!! Its a shame because I loved the products that you guys had, most of the staff was respectful, and the place is very clean and nice. I will give Aimee that she is a hard worker, she is always in there and always doing her job but she needs to do a better job of reading people and understand when they aren't interested it's just that and to let them tan and move on. Not to be so annoyed and pushy when I say no. Also, I ordered four upgraded beds I had two left and I was told twice that I could use those until May 3rd. So I finished the rest of the month in my non-upgraded beds and then I planned on using my upgraded beds until May 3rd I was reassured TWICE that I could do this. Well turns out when I went in today that the two times I had been told that I could do this it was by new members... so I guess just my loss. I would have been fine with that but I could have used the upgraded beds before the month was up instead of going in the lower beds. Just a shame, lost a customer for stupid things!!
