"12"^^ . "We replaced our refractories through Arizona Fireplaces and were extremely dissatisfied. They recommended we use Patrick Rowland as our installer. \n\nPatrick arrived with the panels and told me that Arizona Fireplaces had given him the wrong panel. He was visibly upset. When he returned with our panel, the back panel was too thick to sit down properly. When I pointed out that it was crooked and not fitting, he again was upset. At this point he told me that it could be weeks before I would be able to get the panel fixed. I called Arizona Fireplaces and they said it would not be a problem to do immediately. Patrick, still angry, said, \"Alright, I'll go back there, but if this doesn't work out, I'm just going to put the old ones back in. This is just too small for me to waste my time on.\" I reminded him that this wasn't a problem I caused and to please not be angry with me.\n\nFinally, Patrick sent his workmen to install all three panels. Clearly, the problem back panel had not been trimmed and there were three problems overall:\n\n1. There was a gap larger than one quarter inch between the side and the back panel.\n\n2. The back panel did not sit down properly, leaving a small gap on one side and the panel at a crooked angle overall.\n\n3. The refractories were poorly cut, leaving chips, jagged edges, and exposed wires.\n\nWe called Arizona Fireplaces to explain the poor workmanship and sent them pictures (which we will be uploading to this Yelp page). We received an email in response saying only \"that is a normal crack between the bricks,\" even though I had been told over the phone by them that anything over a quarter inch is unacceptable. He also did not address the issue of the edges or the crooked back panel.\n\nSadly, I strongly recommend against using either Patrick Rowland or Arizona Fireplaces."^^ . . "1"^^ . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ .
