Unfortunately I found of the hard way that they do hack job work.\n\nAll cleaning is done off-site so the quality control is lacking. I brought in a very fine cotton white dress shirt and asked for hand-pressing. They said they would do it. I got it back and it was quite clear they did not hand press it; it had all the tell-tale signs off being thrown onto a cheap shirt machine with no care or attention paid whatsoever. To this day the shirt has a crease on the outside of the cuff that will not come out because the cotton was so badly damaged.\n\nObviously this is not a high-end cleaner so you can't expect too much in terms of pressing standards, however, I specifically asked, and they promised to deliver, a hand-pressed shirt. And to add insult to injury they damaged it in exactly the way I wanted to avoid by having hand pressing!!!"^^ . "2010-02-24T00:00:00"^^ . . "0"^^ . . "0"^^ .
