After moving meetings and confirming with work I could be a bit late I waited during my 8a - 10a window of time for them to arrive. At 9:45 I decided to call to see if they were actually coming, as I needed to be at work no later than 11 and I didn't want them showing up right at 10am.\n\nI called 4 different times, simply to be put on hold for 15 - 20 minutes each time (then all of a sudden it was 11am!) After asking to speak to a manager the customer service rep simply transferred me to another rep. 3.5 days later a man called me to inform me \"he had been calling me all day Friday\" (not true) and that they did not actually do free home assessments, so I would need to 1. reschedule and 2. plan to pay at that time.\n\nNot helpful and not great customer service. I contacted their main office, to which they replied \"they would look into the situation\". I'd save your time and go with any other company for your pest control!"^^ . "0"^^ . . "1"^^ .
