This past summer i visited the store early one morning, and the greeting i received was from a careless employee, who was facedown into the ipad she was working on. Never even a side glance to me. As I walked around i realized i had a question for the \"busy\" employee who seemed to be the only person in the store. My question was about a failed piece of merchandies that i had bought last season, basically the underwire in my bra was coming out and it had only been 3 months since my purchase. Since this situation ha dpreviously happened with another purchase of mine, i knew that if i wrote to VS online, they would send me a coupon for a new bra. I did not want a new bra in thi ssituation, i jus twante dmine fixed so i asked the \"plesant\" employee about bringing the bra in for repair. She informed me that VS doesn;t do any repairs or offer anything for damaged merchandise. I informed her of my previous situation and the answer i received was a shrug of the shoulders, and a \"i don't know then, we don't do tha there,\" and then returned to reading her ipad. I couldn't believe that VS could employee someone so unknowledgeable about their company, and not to mention so rude. I wish I would have caught her name, but if you are reading this management, she was a small slender brunette, working on a Monday Morning in June. You shoudl really rethink your training program."^^ . .
