We also like how the natural leather patina has aged but after this many years we do notice some cushions have wear and roughness in the leather. So last week I called the store that we purchased from. And I was so lucky to have my call answered by Carole, when I started explaining that we purchased the sofa over 14 years ago she said no problem let me look it up in the system and found our original purchase date with all the details of the sofa. When I explained the condition she was very eager to give me lots of options. I was pleasantly pleased to find that Arizona Leather offers free fiberfill for life so you can restuff your back cushions. In addition she ordered new foam seat cushions replacements at a very reasonable price and of course she has all the measurements so it was simple and quick. Lastly, when I asked about the treatment of the leather she gave me a referral for a service that will clean and condition your leather in your own home. Wow, above & beyond!
