New management has definitely kept the property clean and livable! I have lived here for over a year now and love it! The girls in the office are quite helpful if approached correctly. Many people, I feel, approach them already angry and that just frustrates everyone. I personally have never had a problem and thoroughly enjoy the complex. I needed my lease extended 5 months instead of 6 due to my school ending and they were totally able to accommodate me! I recommend this place to students and young families.
