Casey was so kind when our doggie became sick and the hug she gave us was priceless! Jessica is high energy and has great customer service skills. The manager handled the couple of issues we had very professionally. And Darren was always quick to help when we had a question. \n\nThe maintenance staff members were excellent. They would come the same day or next day and always handled the work order correctly and with a good attitude. Can't ask for more than that right?\n\nMost importantly, when we moved out, San Croix refunded our deposit fairly and appropriately. \n\nTo keep the review honest I would say that it is important to document everything! Ovation Property Management is very strict with their endless paperwork requirements.\n\nAll in all, an excellent place to live.
