She said that we needed to paid 20%, that  our insurance stated we have not met our out of pocket max. When my wife was trying to explain this to Kathy she got very RUDE with my wife. \nI then called and spoke with Kathy and once again she was very RUDE to me. \nHow can a part owner be so nasty and Rude?
