. "I wanted to love this place, but in honesty I only half-liked it.\n\nWe went last night early to meet some friends for dinner. I was surprised at how small the menu was, but there were some things that looked pretty good. If you're a simple eater, I will say that a lot of it looks \"weird.\" We ordered the rock shrimp (great), the pumpkin dumplings (very average), the spring rolls (not a fan), the pork belly crepes (average), and the beef fried rice (it was awesome). We also had the chocolate desert (there are only 3 choices, so that narrows it down), and it was really very good.\n\nThe service was very good. Our waiter was very nice, explained the menu very well, and was attentive. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the meal.\n\nThey are preparing to open a bar next door, and apparently they were testing the speakers over there. At some points during dinner, music blared out. At other times, it was silent. Our bill was $170 for the night for the 4 of us. Overall - just kind of average. I would go back, order the $12 fried rice, the $7 dessert, and a glass of wine and be just as happy. :)"^^ . "0"^^ . "3"^^ . "0"^^ . . "0"^^ . "2009-11-29T00:00:00"^^ . .
