. "The week they opened this summer I tried them out. I looked over the menu and noticed the largest size on the menu for a \"Ice Americano\" was lets say $3.00 so I ordered it. I was charged over $4.00 with tax. I told them that it is incorrect and they informed me the listed price does not include sales tax. I informed them that they are charging 30%+ tax which can't be. I then asked for the manager who informed me that on the menus the large is a 24 ounce cup and since I ordered large they gave me a 32 ounce cup for I believe 75 cents more. Even though the menu does not list a 32 ounce drink cup or a price for a 32 ounce cup. I let the manager know that they need to a menu that reflects their actual drink sizes and prices. 100 or so days later I returned this morning. Again I looked at the menu and noticed the largest listed priced ice coffee cup was a \"LARGE\" for $3. I ordered that and a muffin for $2.59 A female shit manager rang it up and charged me over $7.00 I informed her that w $3 large cup with a $2.59 muffin plus tax should be under $6.30 She rudely told me that I did not order a $3 large cup that I ordered a 32 ounce cup. I told her the ounces aren't listed on the menu so I could not have ordered it by the ounce. She then had the employee throw out the 32 ounce coffee they poured for me and served me a 24 ounce cup and the price was what it should have been. BOTTOM LINE Is this location overcharges what the customer orders and charges prices that are NOT listed on the menu. Management is aware of this and feels they are getting away with it and have no intention if full menu & price disclosure to their customers. This could be one of many reasons why after 100+ days of being open this location is always empty. When Starbucks was here it would have at least 20 customers in the store from 7 am - 10 am. I will never return to this CBTF location."^^ . "1"^^ . "2016-11-16T00:00:00"^^ . "1"^^ . . "0"^^ . . "0"^^ .
