"0"^^ . "I have been going to LaserAway for the past 2 years. I have literally done every laser hair removal package and their clear + brilliant facials. I never had any official complaint about this place until recently. \n\nYes, it's a lot of money but I knew what I was signing myself up for and was ok with it. The place was always clean with friendly staff. \n\nI would get annoyed with how hard it was to schedule an appointment with out it getting moved to a different time or switched to a different day from their end. They are always running behind schedule and always saying they are short nurses. \n\nBut I have completed all my sessions with them and went in for one of my last touch ups this past March (3/21/18 to be exact). It was a hassle with the scheduling but that's besides the point. I hadn't been in for about 6 months and just wanted my final touch up before the weather started to get warm. I had a new nurse I had never seen there before do my treatment, I don't remember her name. I thought everything was going as normal until later that day. My legs had been burning as if I had been severely sunburnt. I thought it may have been because I hadn't been in 6 months and my skin wasn't ready for such a high setting. But hours after they had still been burning and I had these burn marks all over the front and back of my legs. I've had this happen before very minor though in my bikini area, where I've just moisturized it with coconut oil for a week or so and the marks go away. But these burn marks lasted over 2 weeks with me using everything from coconut oil, soaking my legs with vitamin E, and just doing anything you can imagine to moisturize them and not wear Jean or anything confining the burns. I have posted a picture of what my legs look like now 2 months after my treatment. My pigmentation is ruined, I don't know what to do about it. It had taken me a moment to gather my thoughts and write this complaint. At first I thought it very well could have just been a reaction I was having but this never happened to me with my 8 treatments prior. I didn't know if the nurse was inexperienced or held the laser on my skin for to long. I still don't know what went wrong but I know this isn't right or normal. \n\nI would say avoid the hassle, headache, and all the money to be spent on this place and go somewhere else. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!"^^ . . "2018-05-23T00:00:00"^^ . "1"^^ . "4"^^ . "0"^^ . . .
