I bought a purse and used it for 2 hours and it broke. They wouldn't exchange it cuz there are no more of them and then won't return it, so I am stuck paying for a purse I got to use for 2 hours? That's not good business. The manager also accused me of wearing stuff and trying to return it and being a liar which is actually not true. Made me feel very uncomfortable, I'm a criminal or something cuz I want to buy something that wont break that easily? If I did do that honestly I would take ownership of that and just say hey ya caught me good one forever 21. I have never been so offended by a retail store manager in my life.
