Basically, if they fix up the customer experience in all areas this place would be between a 4-5 star experience. \n\nThe food:\n-cheeseburger with smoke: 4/5 (fresh, delicious, not too big, and the smoke jalape\u00F1os are a must!)\n-peters denial chicken burger: 3/5 (tasty, but super messy and salty)\n-fries and gravy: 4.5/5 (excellent fries, delicious gravy that must be an in-house recipe)\n\nThe experience: \n-we went at 630pm on a Friday night, so it's understandably busy! \n-tiniest tables and stools to sit on, and everyone is crammed in here fighting for them \n-the two girls at the cash register just do not give a shit...borderline rude, certainly not attentive or helpful, and just scraping by doing the bare minimum required to not get fired \n-there's no cutlery anywhere? For a place that's crammed and serves messy food, it would make sense that customers can self serve napkins and cutlery of all kinds\n-washroom was fine but smelled like marijuana lol I guess that's just queen west though!"^^ .
