. "1"^^ . "The office manager, Vivian, can't speak English clearly. First off she refused to tell me her name, then proceeds to tell me to calm down and wouldn't listen to my question and concern. I'm thinking this office really don't care if they have patients or not. They forget that without customers then they certainly wouldn't have a job. They called me several times in the week about a nurse coming out to my home for a hookup appt. I asked several times about the nursing coming to my home, if there was a copay for her coming out, and if she would provide a note for returning to school for that day? So during all the phone conversations the answer I received were: yes the nurse will be coming out, no copay, and I can pickup the note on the day of follow-up at the office. Ok great . So the day of the appt, they tell me I was suppose to come in the office and I have a copay. So no apologies of the wrong information or how they can make it up to me. I asked her several times to find out who was misinforming of this appt. Vivian proceeds to tell me that it wasn't her problem and just kept asking me for the copay . I'm so shock that as a manager she would be so rude and not try to make it right. Oh and then when I told her no she hung up on me. I had to call back to get her name.
