For my gel fill/pedi they had 1 person on my feet and 1 person sanding off my polish and the manager asking if I was constantly ok (no time to relax or enjoy with 3 people in my face.) Once my pedicure was finished, I sat there and sat there for 45 min WAITING for someone to acknowledge my existence, they didn't, instead I got up and sat in the front for another 15 minutes until the lady who sanded off my polish did my fill. After my fill I was told to wait AGAIN for the original lady who did my pedicure to polish my nails. Finally she gets to me and just when I'm thinking its over (2 and a half hours later) someone else completely different came in and redid my polish all over again, I did not ask, no one did! (The repolishing raised it so much on the side that it started peeling off within the first few days.) When I was FINALLY finished (almost 3 hours later). I went to pay the manager and the manager DEMANDED I tip all four people equally when I tipped the original lady who did my pedicure and the first polish the most the manager said \"What about everyone else? You had four people working on you at one time. I just want this to be fair.\" Fair for who? Certainly not the original lady who did my pedi and FIRST polish. Why should I have to tip someone as much who removed my polish OR re polished my nails without asking? The manager BADGERED me to cough up more for tips for ALL and kept saying \"Well I don't want you to feel bad but this is whats fair.\" You have GOT to be kidding me. I get the waiting I'm patient but the manager ruined the WHOLE experience. So all in all I paid as much for undeserved tips as I did for the service."^^ . . "0"^^ .
