I was told by the representative that I would receive a call from the regional manager. I never received that call; instead I was contacted several days later by the branch manager. \n\nI spoke to the branch manager around 2 weeks ago. He was more concerned with the checkout clerk's performance than the biohazard that was left in the car. I was told I would get a partial refund. Well, it's been two weeks and I have not received it.
