After engineering fixed the TV, the sockets needed an electrician that couldn't come for a couple days.  I asked for an upgrade after being offered an increased price at check in for an upgrade. The manager would not give us this upgraded room but offered the same room.  I was disappointed to not be given an upgrade after having several issues with a room that was not in working order.   The \"best she could do\" was offer a similar room. \n\nThe gym doesn't open until 6:00 and I waited as they were late to open.  \n\nI would stay on the strip with better accommodations and customer service for the price."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
