I was told they would be out as scheduled. When they arrived it was just to see which other windows I wanted cleaned over and above the 20 I purchased. Seriously, but you were here to clean them not give me an estimate. We had purchased a Living Social, long story short, I didn't get my windows cleaned that day after I had been told I would. They were a week out for another appointment, they squeezed us in on Friday. Only after I had to cancel another event I had scheduled to make this happen, no apology from them, I guess I should feel grateful and honored. They did a great job cleaning my windows. I was very disappointed with them moving a Large plant, indoor furniture and outdoor furniture. However, they did not move it back, in my opinion it was very POOR customer Service. When I asked about it, I was told to read their contract that they were not responsible. Not like these pieces were 150 pounds, there were four chairs and two tables. A streak to my slider window was redone and a puddle of water was left on my wood floor, that I had to wipe up. I also have to adjust a couple of sunscreens that have gaps and need to be adjusted.
