"Lots of variety as far as schedule, which is great. some good teachers, you just gotta find who you like.\nMostly workout yoga, all about getting your heart rate up, sweating, more than anything else, and its fine. Very loud music, some instructors even have to use headset/microphone. Some of the instructors do teach a more mindful class, movement with breath, etc. others mention breath but that is not what they teach to, some even curse in class which is very unorthodox for a yoga studio.\nmonthly membership can be pricey compared to other studios. but its not the price i have an issue with, rather what you receive in return. I'll pay a high price for a spa feel, everything is super clean, service is great, etc. but here, you often see dust bunnies in the studio, hair all over the place, sweat puddles if you go to a class other than the first, bathrooms are clean but not spotless, just not the amenities and services id expect for a high end studio which those is priced as. They choose to cram people into one side of the studio rather than opening divider to allow more room, which means people are sweating on your mat or stepping on it on their way out. They could easily open the divider wall and allow us to spread out but they don't unless people truly don't fit anymore. And their definition of fitting is 3\"between mats.\nthey keep running out of towels, dunno what thats about, just take one person's monthly membership and buy more. the front desk staff, some are nice, some are just rude and seem annoyed by you. Again, I go there with high expectations because of the cost, and those expectations aren't met."^^ . "2016-02-01T00:00:00"^^ . "16"^^ .
