. "1"^^ . "I ordered 3 Koi products fromDaily Scrubs - 1 top and 2 Lindsey pants on Oct. 9/15. After four e-mails and a couple of phone calls, I finally received the top and one pair of pants on Nov. 4th. During these e-mails and phone calls no one told me one of the pants was back-ordered nor was there any indication on the packaging ship as to when to expect the 2nd pair of pants. After I received the order, I waited until Nov. 12 & then sent another e-mail asking when I could expect the pants, no one responded so I then called them. I was told it would should arrive approx. 2 weeks after I received the original order. Then again nothing, finally received an e-mail on Nov 17th that said \"I apologize, we are still waiting on the order from the supplier, we should have it end of this week, early next week and we will send out the back order, right away\". But still nothing, so I sent another e-mail on Nov. 26 and again on Dec. 3. On Dec. 3rd I finally received a reply back that said \"We will get new shipment end of next week. If you would like different color, let me know and I'll check\". After this I cancelled the pants! I understand items get back-ordered but this company has horrible customer service and a major lack of communication with their customers!!! Seriously.... do I want a different colour?! It's fine to ask that but how about try to compensate your customers!? Try offering a discount or free shipping or something!! One positive thing I can say about this company is that they were quick to process my refund for the pants.
