Simply checked in my car, walked to the waiting room, and then was asked \"what my problem is\". I had only said a few words to this guy. \"I need an oil change, wipers changed and sprayers fixed\". I also was told it would be less than 2 hours.   \"What is my problem?\"  Who asks a customer this with that tone. Now I had a problem, and he heard it. There is no respect for their customers here.
