Although I cringe to the thought of going back to Cleveland, I wouldn't mind staying at the Fairfield again.\n\nThey have complementary breakfast here and I'm not talking about a cinnamon swirl from a box. It's more on the lines of bagels, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruits, burritos, sandwiches...you name it. Granted, they had Jimmy Dean's help, but I'm not gonna complain if it's free. \n\nAlthough I did not partake in the water slide festivities, I did go down to make sure I witnessed such a thing. I've never heard of a water slide in a hotel, esp not one that is in a place like Cleveland. As tempting as it is to go down the loops, I had to resist. I didn't want it to get back to my manager that I got kicked out of the hotel bc I pushed a little kid. Fri-Sun is packed with families and kids. If you are a sex offender or do not like kids...I would look for another hotel.\n\nI wish, I could comment on the staff and service, but I had no issues during my stay, so had little to no reason to interact with them. From what I can remember though, they were very pleasant during check in and out. \n\nThe Fairfield Inn is conveniently located bw a lot of shopping and good restaurants. There's an affluent amount of good neighborhoods located around this hotel. Which says a lot, bc one wrong turn in Cleveland and you could be in deep trouble. If you are interested in going out or getting the hell out of Cleveland, the drive will take you approx 20-30 mins to downtown or the Cleveland airport. \n\nAdditional perks:\nmicrowave and fridge\ngym\nfree cable and wifi\nwalking distance to 4 restaurants"^^ .
