It was honestly like being taken care of by family. \n\nRoyal Towing was the 3rd towing company sent out to tow my SUV. The dispatcher was very kind and patient. He took the time to learn about my situation (at this point we'd been waiting for a tow for 10 hours! That was my insurance company's fault...another review entirely). He called the tow driver and explained the situation. The tow truck driver arrived within 45 minutes of being dispatched. He was so helpful and friendly over the phone. He was also knowledgeable about vehicles and even left a note for my mechanic explaining the situation with my vehicle. My mechanic was pleasantly surprised and impressed. \n\nIn light of the bad reviews I will try this company again and provide an updated review.
