Seems like they just spray the cars with air freshener rather than clean them out. I had to ride with the windows down because the smell was nauseating. \nI reserved the car online and when I went to pick it up it was a different car. I reserved a Nissan and ended up with a Ford Focus (very tiny). They also try to push their insurance which adds a minimum of $25/day. So the price online can seem deceiving. The woman that did work with my was kind; I only had issues with the actual process and quality of the car. \nReturned to waterdam location and this location seemed so much more professional."^^ . .
