From my call in to schedule, to getting signed in to actually taking on the challenge of the Captains Quarters I had nothing but excellent service!! I called in to ask questions about booking a group of boys for a birthday party and the gentleman I spoke with was very informative and helped me pick the perfect room and even price matched the Groupon price for me so I could by pass that step! The property was very clean and nicely setup and the room was very fun and challenging! Our control master Alain was awesome!! He made the experience great for all the boys and I!! I had never done an escape the room but after doing it here I am hooked and will definitely be going back!! It was very fun and I was impressed with how professionally it was ran. For a group outing, date night or special something to do with the family you have to go take on a room at Escape Rooms Mesa!! We actually made it out with a little over two minutes left before we would have been walking the plank!!! Thanks again for an excellent time guys! You made my son's birthday very fun!"^^ .
