On each visit I've had to wait 45-60 minutes to be seen, despite a nearly empty waiting room. On one visit the tech did an exam, without asking or explaining anything to me, that was not covered by my insurance. When I got up to the front I was asked to pay $50 for the exam. I told the lady that the tech did not ask nor tell me about this, he just asked me to sit at the machine. After she verified my story the fee was waived. I really ended up disliking the frames I got, and went back to wearing my old glasses.\n\nI called regarding contact lenses and was told the cost by the lady at the front desk. When I got there the doctor gave me completely different figures that were much higher. The doctor seemed as if he really didn't want to be bothered that day, and was talking and explaining so fast I really don't know what he was was talking about. After that, I told the front desk that I had been given totally false info, and she looked up my file and at first verified that she was the one who spoke with me by phone, then turned around and denied it was her. I knew it was her. \n\nI cannot tolerate poor customer service. I'm so glad I asked for my records. Found a fantastic doctor with prompt, professional, and knowledgable front office staff. Walked out that day with my contact lenses. I would never return here nor recommend this place to anyone at all."^^ .
