"I was having some issues with Plantar Fasciitis and my aunt recommended going to Pilates as that is what helped her get over her own issues with it. I began taking classes with Virginia twice a week and within 4 short months, the pain was COMPLETELY GONE!!! I realized that my body was getting stronger as well so I decided to continued my training. I have never been a big exercise person and this is the only type of exercise that I have stuck with and continued to enjoy, even after 6 years!! Virginia is a fantastic instructor and really knows the body and how everything is connected. I have a very physically demanding job and there have been many times that I have walked in to the studio and she can tell exactly what is sore without me saying a thing.
