The glasses are never ready when the promise (3-5 days is what they said every time) The first time took them 10 days, and they never once called to say the glasses had arrived! It was our mistake to go back for another round of exams and glasses for the family the next year. They again said 3-5 days for the kids new glasses. This time it took almost 3 weeks for the frames to arrive (according to the office) If you are buying glasses that aren't in stock, wouldn't you want to know? Of course the glasses are for an active boy who broke both arms within two weeks (rather easily which tells you about the quality of what they sell) we made multiple calls requesting a replacement pair, after two weeks we were told \"oh, you need to bring in the broken pair to prove they are really broken\". We asked for his Rx on paper so we can go to another eye doctor, they refused to give it to us and said we would have to wait for it in the mail! Two more weeks and still no glasses! We have left messages because of unscheduled early closing of the office, they never call back! My husband started calling them every day! Finally they say the glasses are in, my husband leaves work early to pick them up before the office closes, and he is turned away when he gets there because he doesn't have the broken glasses with him!! They already saw the broken ones!! The staff were very smug and disrespectful and treat you like you are some kind of welfare scammer for claiming the replacement glasses. (Btw we have awesome insurance that costs an arm and a leg) This crappy business deserves all the poor ratings it has been given. The good reviews must come from employees and family. Two years of poor customer service, poor communication, and disrespectful office staff. Never going back."^^ . . . . "1"^^ .
