The only positive is that there's an Enterprise representative located within to assist with a rental car. I personally do not like Enterprise bc of their gas return policy. All cars should be returned with a FULL tank not with a 1/4 tank and returned with the same 1/4.\nAnother positive to note is that once you've talked to a body repair rep they really take car of you and give you a proper welcome.\nMy advice to the collision center is to work on your front desk employees \"customer service skills\". Granted this place is full of emotion bc ppl have damaged their car bc of an unfortunate event, the lest they can do is have ppl who have better/brighter attitudes.
