I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the food and drink here. \n\nService was extremely good and attentive. Our server recommended the salmon and potatoes and my god that was a great recommendation. Central Illinois isn't where you expect to find good seafood but the dish was cooked to perfection. Grilled salmon, roasted vegetables, and fingerling potatoes all tied together in a wonderfully light mustard dressing.\n\nI also had the Cranberry Criek Sour and Synchopathic Apricot Sour which were both extremely good.
