"My first experience with Closets Las Vegas, about a year and a half ago, was very good. Unfortunately, their service has gone way downhill since then.\n\nThis time, there were numerous delays, miscommunications, and mistakes. It's been over two months, and I'm still trying to get my closet finished.\n\nThe mistakes were all theirs, but they want to charge me to fix the problem. Needless to say, this is very poor customer service.\n\nIn response to the owner's 6/30/17 reply to my original review:\nI posted my review after 2+ months of frustration and repeated instances of poor customer service.
