After an hour and a quarter on the phone with a great CTL tech rep, we concluded the the router part of the new modem I had received in April was not working.\n\nOf course I sped up to Westgate and Fred assisted me directly with the exchange and I also enjoyed interacting with Erika and Adrianana.\n\nI have been with Century Link and its predecessors for 23 years and am totally looking forward to getting to 50 with this wonderful company."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
