"I bought a washer dryer combination from this store via the mobile app, when I was in the process of moving into a new home.\nThe installation team took two days to get them stacked and installed (this should not have been the case)\nAfter I was able to get settled in,and start doing laundry in my new home,I noticed the damage the installation team caused to my home and to my appliences.\n\nI wanted the units swapped out for a new pair, part of why I got these units was because they looked nice! Samsung refused to replace them, they said I should accept a damage payout, or someone can stop by to try and buff out the DAMAGES.\nAfter this, I wanted a full refund.\n\nAfter a week of calling multiple numbers I was given, and being transferred,and placed on hold, I was told I only had 48 hours after purchase to return them.\nI was never told this. I asked the agent how I was supposed to know that, she said it's listed on the site, I reminded the agent that I bought the pair via the app. \nThe rep could not have cared less.\n\nNext I take my situation to the store manner, as recommended by the customer service representative.\n\nHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!"^^ .
