"Terrible customer service at the Fairvew Mall location (Ladieswear). \n\nAfter waiting in line for 25 minutes in the checkout line due to the fact that there were only 2 cashiers and everyone was signing up for a credit card (which is required to get 40% off), the cashier told me my item was not eligible for the 30% off sale (which you do not need a credit card for). I was positive I had read the sign correctly (I read it several times) but she did not offer to do a price check, nor did I want to wait in line again, so I said I would pay full price. Halfway through the sale, another customer (appeared to be a friend of hers) cut the line, walked up to the cash next to me, and put a pile of items on the counter on top of my item. They continued to chit chat until I had to interrupt them to ask the cashier to take my debit card and complete the sale. \n\nIt is no wonder this store is closing."^^ . "2014-01-22T00:00:00"^^ .
