"My experience getting treatment here was not a problem at all, just be prepared for extremely rude and aggressive bill collectors. \n\nAfter receiving treatment for a dog bite in October 2014, I paid the only bill that I received, in the amount of $631. I shortly after received a passive aggressive letter from the Gilbert Hospital billing department claiming that they know I received a check from my insurance company and that it was my responsibility to hand it over to them. The letter had ZERO contact info on it, not even an account # or reference # to what they were talking about so I had to call them up and suffer a rude woman asking me \"Didn't you wonder why you were receiving a check in the mail?\". All I wanted was a copy of the bill so I could start making payments on it, and I asked politely for it. I don't need to be talked to agressively, I'm not even disputing the damn charge, I just want a copy of the bill that I never receieved so I can start making the damn payments. \n\nI'm telling you, it takes a special kind of person to work in a customer service role that delivers none of it. Great treatment here if you can stomach being yelled at by the billing department like THEY'RE the customer."^^ . "1"^^ . "11"^^ . "2014-12-10T00:00:00"^^ . . . "2"^^ .
