First off, the floor mats were missing, but they realized that and called to get this addressed. \n\nI took it once for an oil change and asked them to inflate the tires as the light for that came on. They didn't bother to do that. I tried also calling for the shuttle as I had to drop off the car and go to work, nobody answered, ended up taking the bus. \n\nAnd finally, something as trivial as asking for a copy of the owner's manual proved to be a painful process. I kept calling and asking for help, every time the receptionist said they'll me back. Finally when I got to someone, Victor, he was hostile, kept interrupting me and outright called me a liar. He said he'll look into it but when I asked for more details, ie. when can I get them? is he going to call me etc... He didn't reassure me with his answers. \n\nHaving lost confidence in them, I emailed Mitsubishi directly. Immediately, Victor called, with a less aggressive tone and promised he'll get me the manual. After 10 days, I emailed Mitsubishi again, and the next day, surprise, Victor calls and the manual is ready.\n\nBasically, management in this dealership is a failure, however contacting Mitsubishi HQ proved very efficient. Since then I switched to Dixie Mitsubishi and I'm happy with their services."^^ . "0"^^ . .
