Was looking for the not just a car, but \"the car\" for my wife. They went out of their way to find it, and they had a better price than any other dealership. the salesman, Brian, went out of his way to explain things, and there was NO PRESSURE to buy extras such as protection packages, etc. They were offered, but there was no game playing. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and approached things in a relaxed, yet professional, way. I am hopeful that this level of courtesy and professionalism will extend through the life of the car I bought. Why not 5 stars?
