To be honest, this hotel is one of the few things I liked about this city, which I found to be boring, unfortunately. From the moment you enter the well appointed lobby, you are treated impeccably by the staff. Everyone always has a smile, and you are often greeted by name. Our personal \"hotel guide\" is Shane, who is fantastic. He gives great tips on where to eat, and how to get there. Check in was really easy by the way, and they convinced me to upgrade, which was well worth the pretty expensive price. The rooms are AMAZING! There is nothing I don't like about them. I won't go into specifics (along with the last reviewer), but the rooms here are seriously incredible. However, I feel that the Nespresso coffee maker is awful. It's shocking to me, because I have used other machines from the same maker, but they never made coffee this bad. Maybe it's just me though. Other than that, you really won't be disappointed here. The pool is probably the best I've seen for an indoor pool. It's salt water and has great views of the city (though the skyline is really unimpressive...). If you do plan on staying in this part of the city, this is a no-brainer if you're willing to spend the money. Otherwise, look to other areas if you aren't looking for a dull, boring area. All in all, though I can't stand him, The Donald sure does know a thing or two about hospitality."^^ . "0"^^ . . .
