He was very informed & professional. His assistant server was great too. For dinnner we started with the crab cakes, then my fianc\u00E9 & I split the 16oz ribeye, with a side of asparagus & truffle Mac and cheese. For dessert we had gelato: bourbon vanilla, cheesecake, & caramel banana.  Everything was wonderful!! We felt that we had the best experience & after we had dinner we went across the hall to the lounge where we enjoyed some cocktails & the stunning view.
