I saw a specialist March 9th and they issued a prescription for a topical pain reliever to Walgreens. Walgreens called them that day with a question for the doctor. They still haven't called back, I've been calling daily with no response. Finally Friday I asked to speak to the patient advocate.  Still no call back from him either, today is March 20th   I'm filing a complaint with the medical oversight board"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
