I had called on a Saturday to schedule my first service and was told the earliest i could get in would be a week from that Sunday. I arrived on the scheduled date for them to tell me that my appointment was the day before. I explained to them that whoever I talked to told me a week from that Sunday. The next available date I could get in would be the 20th.\n\nI rode up today the 19th to drop my bike off for the service for tomorrow. I went in and they told me that my appointment wasnt until Friday the 21st. Needless to say I was pissed. I explained that this is the second time this has happened and at this point im just going to leave the bike. Its 90 degrees out and with my work schedule, I cannot keep riding up to the dealership to get turned right back around. He said that was fine and started to fill out the paperwork. He then asked if all they were doing was the first service. I explained that the service needed done, the recall and a wash, like I had told the representative when I came in the last time. Stated that my bike would be in first thing Friday morning. Lets hope. I understand things to happen and mistakes can be made, but twice in a row for the same person?"^^ . "0"^^ . . "0"^^ . "3"^^ .
