Similar to another reviewer, they said that there were some loose bolts from the previous work and they couldn't perform the alignment until they were tightend and it would cost me $98 to tighten them or I could take the car back to the shop that did the work and come back another day since they were closing. Well since I'm going out of town, I really had no choice but I'm highly suspicious especially after reading of similar experiences here on yelp. \n\nBy the way they quoted me 1-1 1/2 hrs for the alignment (They informed me about the issue at 4:15 and they were done by 4:55) they quoted me 45 min for the bolt tightening. Somehow they were able to get it all done before they closed. I'll do the math for you. They did 2 hours and 15 minutes worth of work in 40 minutes. See why I'm suspicious of the loose bolt issue.\n\nAt the time to pay I spoke with Dan about my concern and he explained that he can't punish the tech for being good at his job. So I mentioned this yelp review. He said that since I had already posted it, he could do nothing for me now but he hadn't offered to do anything before I mentioned the review.
