We started off with a first agent that rushed our application and deposit fee which I had to pay an additional $100 because I used my debit/credit card and the agent fail to tell me there was a fee. Her response was, \"sorry for the confusion lol... There was a disclaimer on using credit/debit cards\"... There's nothing funny about getting charged an additional $100 that you were not aware of and as an agent it is your job to let your clients know! The reason for her rush was because it was the \"end of the month\" and there were quotas for her to meet. Apparently that wasn't the case! We were her last clients to do business with before she left the company so they just threw us under the bus with another agent after she got our deposits. The whole process was horrible and not smooth at all! Because of our first experience with the first agent I wanted to meet the second agent. She wasn't able to be flexible with our schedules so we ended up doing a phone conference between me and my roommate. Of course everything that came out of her mouth sounded nice and simple but that wasn't the case after we moved in and paid our full deposit and first months rent (we moved in prior to the first month rent). My roommate and I did our best to obey by the rules and regulations in the lease but they couldn't do their part. We notice we didn't have no microwave and the lease indicated that the landlord must furnished all of the following and notwithstanding anything in the contrary of the lease. My roommate texted our agent the first day... No response. I texted her the next day... No response. I finally emailed her the next day and got a response. Guess what her response was??? \"Sorry for the confusion but not all of our Waypoint Homes are equipped with microwaves... I can send you a new lease if you like.\" First off, you can't just send out a new lease like nothing happened. This is a legal document between the landlord and resident and I do not appreciate the fact that they feel as if they can do what they please with the lease in which they cannot obey by. Second of all, we were told that if anything was needed or if we had any questions then we are more than welcome to contact our agent which it is so hard now since we moved in. My whole experience was not smooth at all and this is how I am treated as a first time mover and I do not appreciate their service at all! I don't believe I would do business again with Waypoint after our lease is up."^^ . "1"^^ . . . "0"^^ . "7"^^ . "0"^^ .
