It needs to be quick and easy. I had no problems when I got there, I waited a bit but I didn't mind and they were friendly and offered a beverage. It was busy, but the atmosphere was good and not stressful. \nThe girl I had listened to what I had to say (biggest selling point ever), and gave me my space (no wasting time with scalp massage, or small talk) which is really important in my experience. I don't think she was overly experienced (I got a trim with long layers and bangs) but I can't complain. It wasn't the best cut I've had, but it wasn't bad, and I left far less stressed than usual. I'm sure if I ask for a little more attention to details next time, she would be happy to fix it. The price was extremely reasonable for the service as well IMO, (less than 60$ for a wash, layered cut, and blow dry).\n\nThe biggest complaint was that when I got home, the length between sides was a little uneven. However, I feel pretty good that if I went in to fix it (which I couldn't cause I was leaving for vacation :(....)they'd have taken care of it, and no one else actually really noticed. \n\nI'd recommend it to others, and would be willing to go back."^^ .
