"5"^^ . . . "0"^^ . "On 5/24/13, I sent payment of $70 for rental application through their property manager Kim-Melody Romo. On 6/3/13, I was notified by Ms Romo by email that the owner of the home for which I had made the rental application no longer wanted to rent the home. Another rental listing was suggested, or the choice given for a refund. I notified Ms Romo by email on 6/11 that I was requesting the refund, and I gave her my mailing address (which she had requested in the original email offering the refund). On 6/28/13, after making several attempts to contact AZ Property Solutions by phone, leaving several messages, I emailed Ms Romo, stating I had received no communication regarding my request for a refund, nor received refund itself. Kirsten Shafer, designated broker, replied, stating their accountant had record that the refund had been issued and that they were looking into the matter. I have still not received a refund, nor have they attempted to contact me again to resolve the matter.
