Could not get a reply for almost a year, when I finally spoke to someone (Lee) I told him the facts and he seemed not to care, virtually accused me of plotting a year and a half scheme to deceive them (although I hadn't asked for any money, just gave them the facts!) and when I questioned the moral aspect of not taking any responsibility he told me he had taken plenty of ethics classes. \nI guess you can't learn ethics in a class.\nAs I cannot in good conscience re-sell the item, my only recourse is to try and save someone else from a similar experience with this unscrupulous company.\nIt seemed like a nice old-fashioned family run company, I was sad to see that there was no \"old-fashioned\" concern, manners, or integrity.\nI will also report to the Better Business Bureau."^^ .
