The company needs to better communicate that the cleaners are being paid by the hour and not by the job. We have a very small 3 bedroom place that per the website we booked 4 hours. The first cleaner finished in 3 hours and adjusted the cost accordingly. We booked again, (this time chose 3.5 hours). Again the cleaner took around 3 hours however tried to increase! the charge because it was listed as 1 bathroom compared to 1.5 bathrooms.
