I went into work today my regular shift 730 - 330 or longer which it usually is. I was told by operational manager Jim Tuckerman that they have decided to go full time shuttle drivers. My services are no longer required and to leave immediately and go home. This is the trust respect Mr Serpa has given me as an employee. I received no paper work or employee service record and was told Mr Tuckerman would work on my separation slip and employee service record asap . I am very disappointed in the way I was treated by Mr . Serpa as his motto is trust respect enjoy. None of which I received . I would like to thank the clients of my shuttle for making my days so enjoyable and the technicians who worked on my vehicles for over 40 years as I will not return to this dealership as a customer for I have lost faith and it has lost its customer service appeal. I would like to thank Lucy Bevaqua the hardest working service adviser there and to wish all my friends and colleagues the best in their future and hope your treated better than a lot of the previous employees have been since Mr Serpa took control"^^ .
